Advisor help & training
Learn the secure pilot workflow, explore common planning decisions with example households, and use the model reference when validating assumptions or explaining results. - Confirm that the active household matches the client before entering, loading, saving, or reporting data.
- Retain source-document references and resolve material data conflicts outside ordinary support email.
- Save Current before changing a decision; label Proposed versions and document what changed and why.
- Keep earlier versions unchanged. Save financial-input, assumption, or strategy changes as a new version; rerunning Retirement Risk Analysis alone does not require one.
- Record advisor rationale and review relevant downside, longevity, tax, and Medicare effects.
- Use the calculation version and independent-review status shown in the workspace and client brief.
- Apply firm disclosures and supervisory requirements before presenting or implementing a strategy.
